Dr. Nelson Lobos Zamorano

Chilean lawyer, founder of the firm, obtained a Master's degree in Labor Law from Adolfo Ibáñez University, a Master's degree (c) in Public Law from the Central University of Chile, a Diploma in Labor Law and Social Security from several Chilean universities, a Doctoral candidate in Labor Law at the Postgraduate Institute of Law of Mexico, President and Founding Member of the International Organization of Labor Lawyers, "Labor Lawyers Without Borders", Member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Chilean Society of Labor Law and Social Security, the Latin American Institute of Labor Law and Social Security, the Ibero-American Association of Labor Law and Social Security "Guillermo Cabanellas", Honorary Member of the Paraguayan Association of Labor Lawyers, Honorary Member of the Labor Lawyers Association of the State of Michoacán, Mexico, Distinguished by the Mexican Federation of Bar Associations AC, with the "Legion of Honor" medal,
Distinguished as "Fraternal Ambassador for Latin America" by the Federation of Bar Associations, Speaker and Moderator at international in-person and virtual Congresses and Seminars on Labor Law, co-author of collective books on Labor Law, Columnist on Labor Law topics. - He taught Labor and Administrative Law at Andrés Bello University.
Professionally, he led the law firm Lobos & Associates, which later became Lobos Camerati Law Firm, and advised companies, representing them before the Courts of Justice and Public Bodies, as well as practicing other areas of law, for which he had the invaluable collaboration of a distinguished legal team. He was married and had two children and a granddaughter.
He was posthumously honored by the Michoacán State Labor Lawyers Association through the establishment of the "Dr. Nelson Lobos Zamorano" award.
